Efecto de resinas sintéticas y fibras de poliamida en la resistencia a compresión y flexión del concreto f’c=210 kg/cm2

En esta investigación se investigó el comportamiento a compresión de mezclas de
concreto que incorporan resina sintética y fibras de poliamida y estos dos elementos
fueron añadidos en diferentes porcentajes respecto al peso del cemento como. Se
produjeron varias mezclas experimentales variando la relación polímero/cemento. Se
adoptó un criterio general de diseño, en el diseño de las mezclas para tener una
comparación justa entre el concreto con adiciones de los insumos mencionados y el
concreto tradicional. Las mezclas de concreto se caracterizaron mediante ensayos
mecánicos. Las pruebas mecánicas incluyeron resistencia a la compresión y a
la flexión. Los resultados indican que el uso de hormigón polímero-cemento modifica
el pendiente post-pico de la curva tensión-deformación, mostrando una mejor
ductilidad, teniendo especial interés en la ingeniería sísmica. Para esta investigación
se consideró como metodología de diseño experimental y de tipo aplicado. Donde los
resultados fueron favorables ya que ambos insumos otorgaron mejoras la resistencia
a compresión y flexión, del concreto f´c=210 kg/cm2
. Pero sobre todo sobresalió el
diseño de mezcla que contenía el 1.4% de resinas sintéticas y fibras de poliamida. Por
ende, se concluye que al adicionar estos insumos en un 1.4%mejora las propiedades
mecánicas del concreto f´c=210 kg/cm2
