Eficacia del programa de intervención para tratar verrugas por virus del papiloma humano en el Dispensario Venecia Central, 2022

Las lesiones o verrugas ocasionadas por virus de papiloma humano (VPH) tienen
alta probabilidad de contagio. El estudio tuvo como objetivo evaluar la eficacia del
programa de intervención para tratar verrugas causadas por el virus del papiloma
humano en el Dispensario de Salud Venecia Central, 2022, fue aplicado, mixto, pre
experimental, de tipo pre test – pos test con un solo grupo, participaron 20 pacientes
con diagnóstico de verrugas vulgares en manos y antebrazos. La evaluación fue
mediante la encuesta con 14 preguntas cerradas. Se programaron dos sesiones
con intervalo de 30 días, durante ese tiempo se realizó un plan de tratamiento y se
aplicó nuevamente el cuestionario. Se utilizó la prueba estadística t Student para
muestras relacionadas. Como principales resultado se evidenció la eficacia del
programa de intervención con un p-valor = 0.000 (<0.05); entre las características
sociodemográficas, tenían más de 48 años con el 50%, sexo masculino con el 70%,
nivel educativo primario con el 80% y estado civil unión libre con el 40%; existió
influencia del programa en el estado emocional, evidenciándose afectación leve en
el 95% en la post evaluación y el tratamiento más efectivo fue el ácido salicílico al
27%, con la curación total del 90% del grupo A y existe el 13,5 de probabilidad de
curación con su empleo.
