La labor del personal de enfermería es evaluada con mucho énfasis en la calidad
del cuidado que brinda y es un tema considerado en todos los niveles de
atención, que ayuda a todos ciudadanos en salud, a lograr cambios en su salud.
El Objetivo de estudio es determinar la satisfacción del paciente con tuberculosis
sobre el cuidado de enfermería en el Consultorio de Estrategia Sanitaria de
Prevención y Control de la Tuberculosis. Centro de Salud Carmen Medio, Comas
2017. Metodología. Estudio cuantitativo, transversal, descriptivo y no
experimental. La población de estudio estuvo conformada por todos los pacientes
en su total 34.Como resultados, se obtuvo: El 41,2% de los pacientes del
consultorio se encuentran medianamente satisfecho, seguido de satisfecho con
un 35,3% y por último insatisfecho con 23,5%; según dimensiones el mayor
porcentaje en medianamente satisfecho se situó en la dimensión interpersonal
con un 61 ,8%, seguido de la dimensión entorno con 38,2%; en satisfecho la
dimensión técnico-científica y dimensión entorno ambas presentan 41,2%, sólo
en la dimensión técnico-científica predominó insatisfecho con 32,4%.
Concluyéndose que los pacientes del consultorio de estrategia sanitaria de
prevención y control de la tuberculosis del centro de salud Carmen Medio
presentan en su mayoría una satisfacción medianamente predominando la
dimensión interpersonal como medianamente satisfecho.
