La presente investigación tiene como finalidad definir los criterios necesarios para
lograr una Arquitectura resiliente a los efectos hidrometeorológicos de la costa
peruana, aplicándolos al diseño de la nueva infraestructura educativa N° 037999 Villa
Maria ubicada en la ciudad de Chimbote - Perú.
En el Perú, los fenómenos hidrometeorológicos más severos, están asociados con la
llegada de un fenómeno climático llamado “El niño Costero”, los efectos principales
son las intensas lluvias que se presentan en la zona centro y norte del litoral nacional,
ocasionando inundaciones y desborde de ríos afectando a la población rural y urbana.
La metodología que se empleó en el diseño de investigación, fue no experimental, con
un método descriptivo Correlacional, además de ello, se tiene en cuenta los
instrumentos que se utilizaron en la investigación, tales como; artículos de
investigación y periodísticos; análisis normativo y espacial de los componentes
Arquitectónicos de edificaciones similares.
En este informe de tesis se Identificó las características arquitectónicas, paisajistas y
criterios de ingeniería necesarias para lograr una infraestructura resiliente a los daños
ocasionados por los efectos hidrometeorológicos, teniendo como fundamentos
principales evitar, tolerar y resistir cualquier tipo de riesgo a la infraestructura.
