La presente investigación titulada COVID-19 y la rentabilidad del restaurante
gourmet CIPRIANA S.A.C Chiclayo 2021, tiene como objetivo principal analizar la
conexión que existe entre las variables COVID 19 y la RENTABILIDAD, puesto que
el restaurante CIPRIANA se encuentra ubicado en la cuidad de Chiclayo lugar
donde hubo cambios tan drásticos que surgieron por la llegada del COVID-19, cual
afecto a muchas empresas gastronómicas en la parte económica y uno de ellos fue
el restaurante CIPRIANA el cual conllevo su rentabilidad y estabilidad económica
con serios problemas debido a la llegada del COVID-19 y con las nuevas
normativas del estado, dicho restaurante se vio obligado a cerrar sus puertas
definitivamente para evitar la propagación del coronavirus.
El desarrollo de esta investigación es explicativo de enfoque cuantitativo de
nivel descriptivo, en efecto a ello se utilizó el diseño de estudio transversal de tipo
no experimental, la muestra de estudio está compuesta por 30 personas del rubro
restaurante del área gerencial, personal administrativo, contable, finanza,
marketing, cocina y operativo del restaurante CIPRIANA S.A.C. Para dicha
investigación se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumento de recolección
de datos el cuestionario, además para la validación del instrumento de cada una de
las variables se utilizó el análisis estadístico Alpha de Cronbach dando como
resultado un criterio de confiabilidad en ambas variables.
Para el análisis inferencial se utilizó la prueba de normalidad el cual fue
realizada en la investigación para saber si los resultados de los encuestados fueron
anormales o normales y saber que prueba se va a utilizar dependiendo la Cantidad
de encuestados, por lo tanto, se trabajó con el análisis estadístico Shapiro-Wilk
siendo una prueba no paramétrica y para la validación de la hipotesis se utilizó con
el coeficiente de correlación del Rho de Spearman.
