Clima laboral y Estilos de afrontamiento al Conflicto en Trabajadores de un Outsourcing de Lima Metropolitana, 2016

La presente investigación pretendió determinar la correlación entre el Clima
Laboral y los estilos de afrontamiento al conflicto en Trabajadores de Autoservicio
pertenecientes a un Outsourcing de Lima Metropolitana. La muestra estuvo
constituida por 135 empleados permanentes que cumplen con el puesto de
mercaderistas y/o impulsadores en el área de ventas. El diseño de investigación
fue correlacional descriptiva. Se aplicó la escala de clima Organizacional Cl-SP de
Sonia Palma C. elaborado en el 2004 y el Cuestionario de Estilos de Manejo de
Conflictos por Thomas y Killman, adaptado en el Perú por Rodríguez en el 2012.
Los resultados de la investigación mostraron que no se halló una relación
significativa entre el Clima Laboral y Los Estilos de Afrontamiento al Conflicto,
determinada por una significancia de 0,646. En cuanto a las resultados descriptivos
la muestra percibe un clima favorable con el 47.4% del total y los estilos de
afrontamiento al conflicto que emplea la mayoría de trabajadores es el estilo
complaciente con 44.4% y el estilo competidor con un 28.9%. En conclusión,
investigación realizada nos revelo que el estudio no presenta una respuesta
positiva a la correlación de las variables, indicando que el clima laboral de la
organización actúa de manera independiente al estilo de afrontamiento al conflicto
que utilizan ante situaciones amenazantes.
