Esta investigación denominada Conducta sexual y su relación con los mitos y
creencias sexuales en adolescentes de 3o, 4o y 5o de secundaria de la Institución
Educativa N° 7055 “Túpac Amaru II”. Villa María del Triunfo. 2012, tuvo como
objetivo general determinar la conducta sexual y su relación con los mitos y
creencias sexuales en un grupo 430 de adolescentes de 3o, 4o y 5o de secundaria.
La investigación fue de tipo correlacional, no experimental de corte transversal.
Para la recolección de los datos se encuestaron a 187 adolescentes, aplicaron
dos instrumentos uno sobre conducta sexual y otro sobre mitos y creencias
sexuales.
Como resultados se obtuvo en relación a sexo que el 55% (103) eran mujeres y el
45% (84) hombres, las edades fluctúan entre 14 y 18 años, el 90% nació en la
costa, la religión que predomina es la católica con un 52%. En relación a conducta
sexual se encontró que el 16% de adolescentes ya había tenido relaciones
sexuales, de los cuales el 60% eran hombres. Los mitos y creencias sexuales los
de mayor circulación son que la mujer en su primera relación sexual sangra y
tiene dolor con un 85%, el 56% de adolescentes señalan que las adolescentes
mujeres que usan métodos anticonceptivos tienen problemas de salud en el
futuro, 55% señala que masturbarse hace daño a la salud.
En relación a la correlación el coeficiente de correlación producto de Sperman
indicó que existe una relación indirecta pero que no es significativa entre la
conducta sexual y lo mitos y creencias sexuales.
