La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal analizar el marketing viral
y el proceso de ventas en pollería “El Gordito”, empleando un diseño no
experimental, descriptivo y transversal, la muestra se conformó por 255 clientes
de la pollería a quienes se aplicó dos cuestionarios para recolectar datos sobre
el marketing viral y las ventas, el grado de confiabilidad obtenido fue de 0.72 y
0.55 respectivamente. Se analizaron los datos a nivel descriptivo mediante tablas
de distribución de frecuencias y gráficos de barras. Se obtuvo que de 255 clientes
encuestados, el 24% percibe el marketing viral como muy adecuado, mientras
que para el 20% resulta muy inadecuado y el 38% de los clientes siempre son
influenciados a realizar compras por medio de las redes sociales; respecto a las
ventas, el 24% de los clientes perciben su desarrollo como muy adecuado, con
una preventa, cierre de ventas y postventa muy adecuados de acuerdo al 24%,
40% y 26% de clientes respectivamente. Se concluyó que el marketing viral en
la pollería “El Gordito” es muy adecuado y se manifiesta a través de las ventas
con origen social, donde el 38% de clientes modifican su intención de compra a
causa de la interacción en redes sociales y más de la tercera cuentan con los
recursos necesarios para su conectividad aceptando la influencia de las redes
sociales en su compra; finalmente los clientes perciben que el proceso de venta
se realiza de forma adecuada en la empresa.
