Actualmente, el conocimiento del Comportamiento Organizacional es importante
para quienes dirigen las instituciones, especialmente la de salud ya sean privadas
o estatales (MINSA, EsSalud), esto influye fundamentalmente en la mejorar de la
calidad de atención a los trabajadores y la prestación de los servicios de salud; por
tanto, la medición de la Motivación, y Satisfacción Laboral; constituyen una tarea
necesaria para poder acceder a indicadores de productividad y desempeño laboral.
El presente estudio desarrollado sobre “Motivación y Satisfacción laboral de los
trabajadores de la Unidad de Evaluación de Recursos Médicos de la Gerencia
Departamental Lambayeque - EsSalud de la ciudad de Chiclayo, 2015”; tuvo como
objetivo general: determinar la relación entre la motivación y la satisfacción laboral,
con la finalidad de proponer alternativas correctivas que permitan mejorar el
comportamiento institucional en especial del área mencionada.
La población estuvo conformada por 07 colaboradores. La técnica empleada fue la
entrevista y el instrumento dos formularios tipo cuestionarios. Los resultados
encontrados al medir el nivel de Motivación Laboral, según categorías fueron:
28.57% de los colaboradores presentan un nivel de motivación Media, y un
contundente 71.42% de los colaboradores presentan un nivel de motivación Bajo;
lo que es más saltante en este punto, es encontrar que ningún colaborador
manifieste tener un Alto nivel de Motivación.
Acerca de la Satisfacción Laboral se encontró que el 42.85% de los colaboradores
tienen un nivel de Satisfacción Laboral Medio, y el 57.14 de los colaboradores
presenta un nivel de satisfacción laboral de nivel Bajo. Asimismo seencontró que
ningún colaborador presente un Alto nivel de Satisfacción Laboral.
En cuanto a la relación existente entre Motivación y Satisfacción Laboral, se
encontró que al medir el grado del coeficiente de correlación fue de 0.913953, lo
que indica que existe un alto nivel de correlación entre estas dos variables
propuestas en el estudio.
