Actividades lúdicas matemáticas en el procesamiento del número y cálculo en niños de primer grado

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue demostrar la eficiencia del programa
“actividades lúdicas matemáticas” en alumnos del primer grado de primaria de la
institución educativa estatal del distrito del Cercado de Lima. Para dicha investigación
se utilizó el test “Pro-cálculo” para la evaluación del procesamiento del número y
cálculo de Feld.Taussik y Azaretto (2006) y se elaboró el programa de actividades
lúdicas matemáticas. La investigación fue de tipo explicativo con un diseño cuasi
experimental de dos grupos (control y experimental). Ambos grupos se les aplicó la
prueba Pro-cálculo antes y después de la aplicación del programa. La comparación
de las medias del grupo experimental (15.86) y del grupo control (15.40) con la
prueba U de Mann-Whitney demostraron que no existían diferencias significativas
entre ambos grupos antes de la aplicación del programa. Después de aplicar el
programa de “actividades lúdicas matemáticas”, el post test demostró un incremento
en el rendimiento de ambos grupos, sin embargo al comparar las medias del grupo
experimental (44.09) y del grupo control (20.09), con la prueba no paramétrica U de
Mann-Whitney, se verificó que existían diferencias significativas entre el grupo
control y el grupo experimenta, por lo que se aceptó la hipótesis que el programa
“actividades lúdicas matemáticas” influye significativamente en el procesamiento del
número y cálculo en niños de primer grado.
