La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación
entre la discriminación, la calidad de servicio y la participación ciudadana en
funcionarios de un gobierno local, Lima metropolitana, 2023. La muestra de la
investigación consistió en 44 trabajadores funcionarios de la municipalidad.
La metodología cuantitativa permitió recopilar datos numéricos que,
posteriormente, fueron analizados para establecer correlaciones entre las
variables de interés. La muestra de la investigación consistió en 44 trabajadores
funcionarios de la municipalidad. Se utilizaron tres encuestas específicamente
diseñadas para cada una de las variables bajo estudio: discriminación, calidad de
servicio y participación ciudadana. Estos instrumentos proporcionaron
información valiosa sobre las percepciones y experiencias de los funcionarios
municipales en relación con estos aspectos.
Entre los resultados más destacados, se identificaron patrones
significativos en la relación entre discriminación, calidad de servicio y participación
ciudadana. Estos hallazgos subrayan la necesidad de abordar la discriminación
como un factor influyente en la calidad de servicio y la participación ciudadana de
los trabajadores municipales.
En conclusión, la investigación destaca la importancia de implementar
medidas concretas para mitigar la discriminación, mejorar la calidad de servicio y
fomentar una mayor participación de los funcionarios en el gobierno local. Estos
resultados ofrecen perspectivas valiosas para informar las prácticas laborales y las
políticas internas, contribuyendo así a la construcción de un entorno municipal más
inclusivo y eficiente.
