Aplicación del Mantenimiento Productivo Total (TPM) para mejorar la productividad en el área de mantenimiento en la Empresa Corporación Logística & Transporte S.A.C., Lima, 2016

Se ejecutó la implementación del mantenimiento Productivo Total (TPM) para la
empresa Corporación Logistica & Transporte SAC en Lima con el objetivo de
incrementar la vida útil de la flota vehicular, minimizando las fallas entre las
principales.
Se analizó la situación actual de la empresa mediante una investigación
documentada, con la finalidad de establecer los métodos, políticas y reglas que se
ejecutará en el área de mantenimiento.
En la Implementación de la herramienta se diseñó un plan de trabajo en donde se
especifica el mantenimiento planificado para las unidades, para ello se tomo en
cuenta el historial de las unidades, de igual manera se consideró el estado y calidad
de estos, así como también se evaluó las exigencias de trabajo a las que está
expuesto la flota vehicular en las operaciones, también se planteó el mantenimiento
autónomo dirigido a todos los colaboradores involucrados con el mantenimiento para
que mejoren sus habilidades y conocimientos para que puedan resolver tareas que
guardan relación con el sistema automotriz de los camiones, ya que la finalidad
principal es el cambio de mentalidad y compromiso de los empleados.
Los resultados obtenidos después de la aplicación del TPM fueron muy positivos, ya
que se logró incrementar la disponibilidad de los camones mediante los nuevos
parámetros en la gestión de mantenimiento, así como también se logró reducir las
averías y se maximizó la operatividad del parque automotor, generando una mejora
en el índice de productividad de 0.46 a 0.72 y se recuperó la confianza de los clientes
porque se logró cumplir con los requerimientos dentro de los tiempos establecidos.
