Los efectos y falencias de los operadores al resolver casos de violencia contra la mujer en Huanta – Ayacucho 2020-2022

Los resultados de este estudio indican una preocupante tendencia de
insatisfacción por parte de las usuarias en relación con la calidad de atención y la
confiabilidad del Centro de Emergencia Mujer (CEM) de Huanta en los años 2020,
2021 y 2022. Los hallazgos destacan la necesidad urgente de mejorar la calidad de
los servicios y la confiabilidad del CEM para garantizar un apoyo efectivo y
satisfactorio a las mujeres que buscan ayuda.
Se observa que la información proporcionada por el CEM ha disminuido
constantemente en la percepción positiva de las usuarias, y el cumplimiento de las
promesas hechas por la institución es motivo de preocupación. La percepción sobre
las condiciones de seguridad y legitimidad en las intervenciones también es
problemática, al igual que la relación con las autoridades judiciales y la veracidad
en los procesos.
En cuanto a la capacidad de respuesta, se observan problemas en la celeridad de
la respuesta y en la oportunidad de las consultas, lo que indica una necesidad de
mejorar la eficiencia en la atención.
En cuanto a la capacidad profesional, las usuarias muestran insatisfacción en la
capacidad jurídica de los profesionales y en la orientación proporcionada por el
personal administrativo.
Finalmente, en términos de transparencia y acceso, se encuentran preocupaciones
en la percepción de la transparencia en la tramitación de casos, la calidad de la
información recibida, la experiencia durante las entrevistas y el cumplimiento de
normas de seguridad.
Es importante destacar que estos resultados muestran similitudes y diferencias con
otros estudios similares realizados en diferentes contextos, lo que sugiere que la
calidad de atención y la satisfacción del usuario pueden variar según la ubicación y
las circunstancias específicas.
