Gobierno electrónico y su influencia en la productividad laboral del personal de un Gobierno Regional, Perú, 2024

La presente investigación va a contribuir al Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS)
número 8: “Trabajo decente y crecimiento económico”. Esta investigación tuvo como
objetivo determinar la influencia del gobierno electrónico en la productividad laboral
del personal de un Gobierno Regional, Perú, 2024. Respecto a la metodología, la
investigación es de tipo básica, con un enfoque cuantitativo, un diseño no
experimental de corte transversal, nivel explicativo y el método hipotético-deductivo.
La población se conformó por 331 trabajadores administrativos y la muestra fueron
178 integrantes. Los resultados descriptivos indicaron que el gobierno electrónico en
la entidad de estudio es regular con un porcentaje de 60.7 %, asimismo la
productividad laboral es regular con un porcentaje de 71.3 %. De igual forma, los
resultados inferenciales indicaron que el gobierno electrónico repercute positivamente
sobre la productividad laboral y la variabilidad es del 91.9 % según el coeficiente de
Nagelkerke. Finalmente se concluye que el gobierno electrónico influye
significativamente en la productividad laboral del personal de un Gobierno Regional,
Perú, 2024.
