Síndrome de agotamiento y desempeño docente en una institución educativa de San Martín de Porres,2024

Esta investigación contribuye al Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) número 4:
Educación y calidad educativa. Asimismo, este estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar
la relación entre el síndrome de agotamiento y el desempeño docente en el entorno
educativo. Se trata de un estudio básico correlacional de corte transversal, no
experimental, que incluyó una población de 115 educadores. Para la recolección de
datos se utilizaron dos instrumentos: Inventario Maslach Burnout y un cuestionario
sobre desempeño docente. Los resultados revelaron que, en cuanto al síndrome de
agotamiento, el 22,6% (26 docentes) experimentaba un nivel leve, el 33,0% (38
docentes) presentaba un nivel moderado, y el 44,3% (51 docentes) reportaba un nivel
alto. En cuanto al desempeño docente, el 49.6% (57 docentes) se encuentra en un
nivel inicial, el 37.4% (43 docentes) está en proceso, y el 13% (15 docentes) presenta
un desempeño excelente. Se concluyó que existe una relación significativa entre el
síndrome de agotamiento y el desempeño docente, respaldada por un coeficiente de
correlación Rho de -0.668, indicativo de una relación inversa o negativa de intensidad
moderado: a mayor nivel de agotamiento, menor desempeño docente y viceversa.
