El presente estudio denominado “Gestión administrativa y la calidad de servicio de
usuarios de Sedapal en el Centro de Servicios Comas, Lima-2016” tuvo como
objetivo general determinar la relación que existe entre la gestión administrativa y
la calidad de servicio a usuarios de Sedapal en el Centro de Servicios Comas,
Lima- 2016.
En la cual se utilizó como método el hipotético deductivo, de tipo
descriptivo, correlacional, con un diseño no experimental. Se trabajó con una
muestra de 152 individuos (76 trabajadores administrativos y 76 usuarios) que
corresponden al Centro de Servicios Comas SEDAPAL, Lima, 2016, a quienes se
les aplico instrumentos de recolección de datos, lo cual arrojaron una confiabilidad
aceptable. Y según los resultados se obtuvieron en la tabla 5 y figura 1 que el
26,32% de los trabajadores perciben una gestión administrativa en un nivel malo,
el 47,37% perciben un nivel regular y un 26,32% un nivel bueno. Por otro lado, en
la tabla 7 y figura 3 que el 31,58% de los trabajadores presentan una calidad de
servicio de nivel malo, el 40,79% perciben un nivel regular y un 27,63% un nivel
bueno. Según la prueba de correlación que figura en la tabla 9 la variable gestión
administrativa se relaciona de manera directa y positivamente con la variable
calidad de servicio, a través de la correlación de Spearman de 0.474 siendo un
resultado moderado y con una significancia estadística de p=0.000 siendo menor
que el 0.01. De tal manera se acepta la hipótesis alterna y se rechaza la hipótesis
nula.
Finalmente, se concluye que la gestión administrativa se relaciona de manera
directa y positivamente con la variable calidad de servicio, a través de la
correlación de Spearman de 0.474 siendo un resultado moderado y con una
significancia estadística de p=0.000 siendo menor que el 0.01.
