Esta investigación es sobre “Marketing interno y compromiso organizacional en
docentes de una universidad de LIMA 2016”
El método y tipo de investigación: cuantitativo, aplicada, correlacional, transversal y prospectivo. Población y muestra: la población objetivo fueron 128 estudiantes de la Universidad Cesar Vallejo – Sede San Juan de Lurigancho 2016. Debido al tamaño de la población no se realizó muestreo, la muestra estuvo constituida por toda la población.
Resultados y conclusiones: se observó que el 79,7% de los estudiantes perciben un nivel adecuado sobre el marketing interno, el 12,5% perciben un nivel inadecuado y el 7,8% indican un nivel aceptable. En cuanto al compromiso organizacional se encontró que el 82,0% de los estudiantes perciben un alto compromiso organizacional, el 12,5% manifiestan un nivel bajo y el 5,5% manifiestan un nivel medio. Respecto a las dimensiones de marketing interno se encontró que el componente desarrollo (rho= 0,536; p<0,001), contratación y retención del empleado (rho= 0,44; p<00,01), adecuación al trabajo (rho=0,552; p<0,001), y comunicación interna (r=0,424; p<0.001) se relacionan de manera significativa con el compromiso organizacional del docente de la Universidad
César Vallejo sede San Juan de Lurigancho. Se concluye que el marketing interno está relacionado significativamente con el compromiso organizacional de los docentes de la Universidad César Vallejo sede San Juan de Lurigancho 2016.
