Gestión de procesos de negocio para el proceso de acopio de planillas de ejecución en APDAYC Miraflores

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el efecto de la
implementación de la metodología Business Process Management (BPM), en el
proceso de acopio de planillas en el área de distribución de la empresa APDAYC
Miraflores. El proyecto fue elaborado en aproximadamente 08 meses, durante los
cursos de proyecto de investigación y desarrollo de tesis.
El marco teórico en el que se desarrolla la investigación está compuesta por dos
variables La gestión de procesos de negocios (BPM) y el proceso de acopio de
planillas de ejecución, siento la segunda la que mediremos a través de sus
dimensiones (tiempo y producción),
La investigación realizada fue de tipo aplicada, con un diseño experimental de tipo
pre experimental. La población de 469 planillas en total, fue tomada en dos
momentos diferentes para el pre y post test. Los instrumentos de recolección de
datos fueron dos fichas de observación, una para medir el tiempo y otra la
productividad.
Los resultados de esta investigación determina que la aplicación de la metodología
BPM un efecto significativo, en el tiempo de acopio el cual paso de ser de 22 días
en promedio a 2 días es decir a obtener la información en línea o tiempo real. La
productividad pasó de ser de 56% al 94%, esto se logró cuando se establece que
la información que se debe detallar en la planilla (repertorio musical) sea entregada
como requisito previo para el licenciamiento.
