Influencia de las 5S Sobre la Satisfacción del Cliente Respecto al Tiempo de Atención en la Agencia La Rambla Brasil-BCP, Lima 2015

El presente trabajo tiene una metodología inductiva y es del tipo aplicado no experimental, con el
objetivo de evidenciar la influencia de la metodología 5S sobre la satisfacción del cliente respecto
al tiempo de atención en el Banco de Crédito del Perú. Se aplicó la metodología 5S en la plataforma
de ventas y servicios de la agencia la Rambla Brasil del BCP, primero se clasificaron los materiales
de trabajo retirando los innecesarios y dejando los de uso frecuente, luego se ordenaron estos
materiales etiquetándolos y disponiéndolos de manera tal que sea fácil ubicarlos; esto dio pie al
siguiente paso, mantener la limpieza y estandarizar los proceso; por último nos concentramos en
preservar la disciplina haciendo controles de cumplimiento. Para medir los resultados, se tomaron
controles de tiempos durante la gestión del Asesor de Ventas y Servicios considerando una
población de 1632 clientes y una muestra 312 clientes por mes. Los datos fueron recogidos por un
voluntario en diferentes días por semana y fueron validados por profesionales a cargo de la gestión
en el Banco. El procesamiento de datos se realizó aplicando la teoría de colas y medidas de
dispersión, concluyendo en que la metodología 5S tiene influencia directa en la reducción del
tiempo de atención pero indirecta en el tiempo de espera; se redujo la insatisfacción del 23.3% al
0% en los atributos de rapidez de atención y se comprueba que el tiempo de espera está
directamente influenciado por la tasa de llegada y no por la rapidez de atención.
