Estilos gerenciales y satisfacción laboral de los docentes de los colegios emblemáticos del distrito de Barranco - 2016

La investigación tiene como finalidad determinar la relación existente entre los
estilos gerenciales y la satisfacción laboral de los docentes de los colegios
emblemáticos del distrito de Barranco – 2016. Como muestra se ha considerado
112 docentes de ambos sexos, de los niveles de primaria y secundaria que se
encuentran en actividad durante el año 2016.
El presente trabajo de investigación corresponde a un tipo de investigación
descriptiva, obedece a un diseño no experimental transversal correlacional, que
teniendo un enfoque cuantitativo emplea los datos empíricos para probar la
hipótesis en base al análisis estadístico correspondiente, apoyándose en el método
hipotético-deductivo. Para la recolección de datos se emplearon dos instrumentos,
en caso de la variable Estilos Gerenciales se adaptó de Valencia (2008) una
encuesta que recogiera datos sobre el tipo de estilo gerencial en su colegio; para
la variable Satisfacción Laboral se adaptó de Fuentes (2012) un cuestionario que
permita medir el nivel de satisfacción laboral tomando en cuenta sus dos
dimensiones; ambos instrumentos fueron validados por juicios de expertos y la
fiabilidad se desarrolló mediante el Alfa de Cronbach. Para el manejo estadístico
descriptivo se realizó mediante el programa Excel y la parte inferencial con el
paquete estadístico SPSS V24 en español.
Los resultados de la investigación correlacional obtenidos nos muestran el
valor de significación observada de los coeficientes del modelo de regresión lineal
simple estimado p=0.000 es menor al valor de significación teórica α = 0.05, se
rechaza la hipótesis nula. Ello significa que los estilos gerenciales tienen relación
significativa con la satisfacción laboral en los docentes de los colegios
emblemáticos del distrito de Barranco – 2016.
