Conocimiento Y Aceptación Sobre Examen De Papanicolaou En Usuarias Que Acuden Al Consultorio De Oncología Ginecológica Del Hospital Regional Huancavelica, 2018
Abstract
La tesis está orientada a determinar la relación entre el conocimiento y aceptación
sobre examen de Papanicolaou en usuarias que acuden al Consultorio de
Oncología Ginecológica; el tipo de investigación es correlacional; el diseño general
de la investigación fue el no experimental transversal correlacional; el método
general que guio el proceso de la investigación fue el científico. La población estuvo
conformada por usuarias que acudieron al Consultorio de Oncología Ginecológica, la
muestra lo conformaron 96 usuarias, en cuanto al muestreo fue muestreo no
probabilístico consecutivo; como técnica se utilizó la encuesta y como instrumento
el cuestionario. Los resultados indican que existe relación directamente
proporcional y significativa con la aceptación sobre examen de Papanicolaou en
usuarias que asistieron al Consultorio de Oncología Ginecológica del
establecimiento de salud “Zacarías Correa Valdivia”, por presentar una correlación
de Spearman de ,316** y un p valor de 0,002. Es decir de 96 usuarias, 32,3% (31)
presentan conocimiento alto y por decisión propia aceptan realizarse el examen
de Papanicolaou. El 28,1% (27) con conocimiento regular y si aceptan el examen.
Asimismo el 19,8% (19) aceptan el examen y tienen un conocimiento bajo.
Finalmente el 12,5% no aceptan el examen y presenta conocimiento bajo. Como
conclusión se afirma la existencia de una relación directa y significativa entre el
conocimiento y aceptación sobre examen de Papanicolaou de manera general y
según sus dimensiones en usuarias.
