Modelado, simulación e implementación de módulo de ensayos vibracionales para detección de fallas en maquinaria rotativa para instrucción universitaria

En el presente trabajo de tesis se modeló, simuló e implementó un módulo de ensayos
vibracionales para detección de fallas en maquinaria rotativa y con aplicación en la
instrucción universitaria.
Para el desarrollo del este trabajo los requerimientos de las universidades se
obtuvieron de entrevistas realizadas a docente de carreras de ingeniería de 3
universidades trujillanas, con los datos de las encuestas se elaboraron una tabla de
ingeniería con las características que definieron el diseño del módulo. Se hizo una
búsqueda y recopilación de normativa asociada al diseño de módulos de ensayos
vibracionales, pero al no encontrar se tomaron recomendaciones de diseño de trabajos
previos similares. Para determinar la forma del módulo se elaboraron 5 concepto que
cumplan con los requerimientos de las entrevistas, de los cuales se obtuvo el concepto
optimo empleando una matriz de selección, al concepto obtenido se le elaboraron 3
configuraciones que igualmente fueron filtradas con una matriz de selección para
obtener la mejor configuración. Se empleó un modelo matemático de un 1GDL para
describir la vibración del módulo, donde los parámetros del sistema se obtuvieron de
manera analítica, experimental y mediante simulación en MEF. Del análisis paramétrico
se obtuvo que el diámetro apropiado del eje es 1.5 pulgadas permitiendo obtener un
factor de seguridad en fatiga de 5.23 si los ensayos de vibración se realizan con una
masa de desbalance de 160 gr a la velocidad máxima de 3600 rpm. Teniendo el diseño
del eje se seleccionaron los componentes estándar y se finalizó con el ensamble y la
puesta a punto del equipo. En el presupuesto el costo del equipo llego a ser S/. 9981.51.
