Aplicación web para la gestión documentaria en la Edpyme Acceso Crediticio S.A

El presente trabajo de investigación comprende el estudio para el desarrollo e implementación de
la aplicación web enfocado en la gestión documentaria en la Edpyme Acceso Crediticio S.A
cubriendo las áreas de Organización y Procesos quienes se encargan de los documentos internos
de la empresa, y Cumplimiento normativo, quienes velan por el correcto funcionamiento de las
normas que involucran a la empresa.
Como objetivo principal se determinó el nivel de influencia del aplicativo web enfocado al proceso
de la gestión documentaria de la Edpyme Acceso Crediticio S.A, y los indicadores utilizados para
la medición fueron: “Porcentaje de documentos localizados” orientado a la dimensión indización,
este enfocado al área de Organización y Procesos de la empresa Acceso Crediticio, y “Nivel de
eficiencia” orientado a la dimensión “Eficiencia”, dirigido al área de Cumplimiento Normativo.
Se aplicó SCRUM como marco de trabajo para el desarrollo de la aplicación, el lenguaje de
programación fue JavaScript, y cómo gestor de BD fue PostgreSQL.
El diseño aplicado fue pre-experimental y como muestra se consideró la totalidad de documentos
registrados en 20 días, siendo 73 documentos agrupados en 20 fichas para el primer indicador
“Porcentaje de documentos localizados” y 20 documentos registrados agrupados en 4 fichas para
el segundo indicador “Nivel de eficiencia”.
Se aplicó el pre y post test respecto al indicador “Porcentaje de documentos localizados”, donde
se obtuvo un incremento del 50 % como resultado final, a consecuencia que se obtuvo el 40.25 %
en la prueba inicial y el 90.25 % con la implementación del sistema. Para el segundo indicador,
“Nivel de eficiencia” se obtuvo como resultado el aumento del 43.34% reflejándose en el pre test
con un 47.49 %, y en la prueba final se obtuvo 90.83 %.
Se concluyó que el aplicativo web mejora la gestión documentaria en la Edpyme Acceso Crediticio
S.A.
