Efecto de la intensidad de corriente de soldadura SMAW sobre la resistencia a la tracción en uniones de acero ASTM A36

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar el efecto de soldadura SMAW
con diferentes intensidades de corriente sobre la resistencia a la tracción en
uniones soldadas en acero ASTM A36, para la cual estuvo enmarcada en realizar
una investigación del tipo, aplicada - experimental. Como muestra a cuatro placas
soldadas tres de ellas con diferentes intensidades de corriente y una sin soldar, con
lo cual se determinaron, para cada valor de amperaje, su respectiva resistencia
que ofrecía a la tracción. Se concluye afirmando que con la determinación de un
buen proceso de soldadura SMAW de control de intensidad de corriente se logró
obtener uniones de acero ASTM A36 con una óptima resistencia a la tracción,
encontrándose valores desde 540.6 MPa hasta 645.3 MPa. Finalmente se concluye
afirmando que para los datos de resistencia a la tracción, el F0 = 347.67 es mayor
a Fα, V1, V2 = F0.05, 2,6 = 5.14, obteniendo de manera tabular, afirmando de este modo
la hipótesis alterna. Esto significa que la intensidad de corriente afecta
significativamente a la resistencia a la tracción en uniones de acero ASTM A 36.
