Clima laboral y la productividad de los servidores de la Corte Superior de Justicia de San Martín, Sede el Dorado, 2020

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el clima
laboral y la productividad de los servidores del Poder Judicial, Sede el
Dorado, 2020. Esta investigación fue de tipo básico, no experimental, con
diseño descriptivo correlacional. La población y muestra estuvo conformada
por 30 colaboradores. Se empleó como técnica la encuesta y como
instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados muestran que el nivel de clima
laboral se da de manera regular con un 50%, en lo referente a los deberes,
derechos e incompatibilidades, ya que, si bien el respeto es el valor más
practicado entre los servidores, existen deficiencias entre la comunicación
con el superior y la remuneración no es acorde a la función. Asimismo, la
productividad se da en un 36.6%, dicho resultado se debe a que el personal
manifiesta que el Covid-19 ha influenciado en el cumplimiento de sus
objetivos para el 2020. Si bien existe un clima laboral regular, ello no se
condice con la productividad debido al contexto actual de la pandemia, por
ello se concluye que no existe relación entre las variables. Asimismo, el
coeficiente de correlación Rh. Spearman arrojó el resultado -0.104, que
indica una correlación negativa muy baja.
