Motivación y el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la gerencia de transporte y tránsito de la municipalidad provincial del Callao 2013-2014

En la presente investigación se busca determinar la relación entre la motivación
y el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la Gerencia de Transporte y
Tránsito de la Municipalidad Provincial del Callao, inquietud que surge al existir
altibajos en el desempeño de los colaboradores durante un periodo
determinado, el cual genera el continuo retraso en la atención de las solicitudes
de la Institución mencionada.
La investigación realizada es de tipo básica sustantiva, utilizando un diseño
no experimental, ya que la información se ha obtenido sin manipular las
variables, además el estudio es de corte transversal.
Las variables en estudio comprende a su vez dimensiones que son
características que las hacen medibles, para la presente investigación la
motivación según el autor escogido comprende las siguientes dimensiones:
dirección del comportamiento, intensidad del esfuerzo y duración del esfuerzo.
De igual forma la variable desempeño laboral según el autor escogido propone
las siguientes dimensiones: desempeño contextual interpersonal, contextual
sobre la tarea y contextual sobre la organización.
Los resultados obtenidos señalan que existe una relación directa entre
ambas variables ya que los resultados obtenidos señalan una correlación
positiva entre ambas variables.
El instrumento de medición aplicado es la encuesta y se usó en los
colaboradores de la Gerencia de Transporte y Tránsito de la Municipalidad
Provincial del Callao.
Este estudio permitió la comparación de hipótesis planteadas, donde se
obtuvieron resultados significativos con relación a las dos variables usadas,
demostrando así que el colaborador motivado aumenta su desempeño laboral.
