La investigación tiene como objetivo principal Determinar cómo la Ingeniería de
métodos mejora la productividad en el área de empaquetado en una empresa
Pintura, ATE 2020. El título de investigación fue decida ya que ayuda al área de
empaquetado y por medio de la realidad problemática, planeamiento nacional e
internaciones, así como los antecedentes, teorías vinculadas y la realización del
diagrama de Ishikawa y Pareto, se logro identificar las causas que perjudican al
área y por ende su baja productividad, las cuales son: Falta de métodos de
procesos, falta de estandarización de tiempo en el proceso y falta de maquinaria de
proceso continuo. Así se identificó y desarrollo los problemas, objetivos y las
hipótesis.
El tipo de investigación se define por su finalidad, aplicada de enfoque cuantitativo
y por diseño de investigación pre-experimental. Las variables de la
operacionalización, población y muestra esta relacionada por ser extensa, debido
a esto se establece por conveniencia en 30 días antes y 30 días después de los
datos de latas empaquetadas, para ello se realizo distintos diagramas, los cuales
son: Analítico, Bimanual, Hombre máquina, Ishikawa, Pareto, DOP, GANTT,
Recorrido y el Layout.
Se concluye con el resultado obtenido de la situación actual que fue: El tiempo
estándar de antes fue de 181 segundos con una eficiencia de 76.01% y su eficacia
de un 85% con una productividad de 64.3%. Luego de la implementación de

de empaquetado se consiguió un tiempo estándar de: 74.9 segundos, con una
eficiencia de 92.4% y su eficacia es de 93%, dándonos un índice de mejora sobre
la productividad que es de un 85.7%. Con eso concluimos que la ingeniería de
métodos para mejorar la productividad en el área de empaquetado, ayudo a
incrementar la productividad con la diferencia de un 21.4%
