Efecto de la concentración de partículas de cristal en la resistencia de adoquines de concreto f´c 320 kg/cm2 para Pavimento Articulado

Este proyecto de investigación está enfocado a mejorar la resistencia de adoquines
convencionales tipo I empleando partículas de cristal, guiándonos de la NTP.399.611.
En los antecedentes encontrados se observó resultados positivos al adicionar vidrio
reciclado motivándonos a realizar este proyecto por el impacto positivo al medio
ambiente y a su vez nos inspira a realizar más ensayos para mejorar las
propiedades físicas del adoquín propuesto.
El vidrio adicionado es empleado como un sustituyente en porcentajes de los
agregados finos, las proporciones al peso de la mezcla incluyen quince, veinticinco
y treinta y cinco de vidrio fino y triturado respectivamente. Se partió con el análisis
granulométrico correspondiente y así sucesivamente cada uno de los ensayos para
determinar el diseño de mezcla óptimo y adecuado.
Luego del moldeo de las muestras se realizaron los ensayos de la resistencia a la
compresión a los catorce y veintiocho días de curado, concluyendo que el vidrio
tiene un efecto positivo en la resistencia de los adoquines convencionales.
Con los datos obtenidos se puede emplear el mortero de vidrio incluso en elementos
estructurales, considerando los ensayos pertinentes.
Se concluyó que incorporando el 25% y 35% de vidrio fino y vidrio triturado, la
resistencia mejora un 40.10% y 18.11% respectivamente.
