La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre marketing
sensorial y decisión de compra en tiempos del covid-19 en el hipermercado Plaza
Vea, Comas, Lima 2020. La investigación tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica,
correlacional y de diseño no experimental transversal en donde se estudió la
variable Marketing sensorial cuyas dimensiones fueron Marketing visual, Marketing
auditivo, Marketing Olfativo, Marketing Gustativo, Marketing Táctil y la variable
Decisión de compra cuyas dimensiones fueron, Reconocimiento del problema,
Búsqueda de información, Evaluación de alternativas, Decisión de compra y
Comportamiento post compra. La población estuvo formada por los clientes de
Plaza Vea Comas, de la que se sacó una muestra probabilística de 139 clientes. El
instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario, el cual obtuvo un resultado de alfa de
Cronbach de 0.949 y una validez de 96%.
Asimismo existe una relación positiva considerable entre las variables, ya que el
valor de sig. es menor a 0,05 y un Rho de Spearman = 0.832. Finalmente como
resultado se obtuvo que los clientes perciben que el hipermercado ejecuta niveles
adecuados de estrategias sensoriales que facilitan su decisión de compra.
