Revisión sistemática de la aplicación de microorganismos aerobios para la biorremediación de suelos contaminados por hidrocarburos de petróleo y sus derivados

La presente investigación tuvo como finalidad sistematizar y evaluar la eficacia de
la aplicación de microorganismos aerobios para la biorremediación de suelos
contaminados por hidrocarburos de petróleo y sus derivados a través de la revisión
sistemática. Se recogió información de estudios ya publicados sin producir
resultados de un uso práctico automático. De tal manera, la revisión sistemática se
realizó en 7 etapas, siendo la primera etapa la de recopilación de información
tomados de bases electrónicas académicas muy reconocidas, para luego según los
criterios de inclusión de la escala Newcastle – Ottawa modificada seleccionar a los
22 estudios usados en la presente investigación. En la etapa 4 se procesó la
información recopilada y sistematizada en los 4 instrumentos empleados. Luego en
la etapa 5 se analizó la información a través de gráficos obtenidos por los
programas estadísticos IBM SPSS Statistics, Microsoft Excel 2016 y Review
Manager 5.4 respectivamente. Finalmente, en las etapas 6 y 7 se describen los
resultados en base a los gráficos por los programas estadísticos y así concluir que
la eficacia obtenida de la aplicación de microorganismos aerobios para la
biorremediación de suelos contaminados por hidrocarburos, destacaron de 14
estudios de los 22 existentes debido a que pasaron el 70% de remoción de
hidrocarburos HTP, HCH y HAP.
