Revisión sistemática: Biorremediación de suelos salinos contaminados con petróleo por el consorcio bacteriano de Pseudomona por la técnica de bioaumentación

El problema de la investigación fue ¿Es efectiva la bacteria del género Pseudomona
en la biorremediación de suelos salinos contaminados con petróleo? cuyo objetivo
fue realizar una revisión sistemática sobre la capacidad de la Pseudomona para
biorremediar suelos salinos contaminados por petróleo, basándose en la
participación de la bacteria en el proceso de biorremediación, siendo un trabajo de
investigación de diseño narrativo de tópicos, los cuales se basaron en 50 artículos
de investigaciones de las diferentes plataformas, de los cuales se determinó que la
Pseudomona para la biorremediación radica en sus capacidades y características,
siendo las P. Aaeruginosa, P. Putida, P. Fluorescens, entre otras protagonistas en
la biorremediación, siendo eficaces de hasta un 98% de remoción de hidrocarburos,
debido a la diversidad metabólica y resistencia a las altas concentraciones de sales,
además de sus diversas características y capacidades para la remoción de
hidrocarburos usándolos como sustratos y nutrientes, utilizando el contaminante
fenantreno como fuente de carbono y energía, siendo capaz de degradar también
naftaleno y antraceno, adaptando su metabolismo al ambiente contaminado,
usando como nutrientes, sutrato de carbonato insoluble, intercambio gaseoso
reducido y estrés oxidativo siendo condiciones para la formación de ramnolípidos
con potencial biorremediador.
