El propósito de este trabajo de investigación es describir los procesos del
diseño de albañilería confinada para una vivienda multifamiliar de cuatro niveles en
Lima- Lima- Jesús María. El edificio se proyecta sobre un área rectangular de
aproximadamente 100 metros cuadrados, distribuidos en un departamento en todas
las plantas. El terreno sobre el que se ubica la edificación es una grava típica de
Lima con una capacidad permisible de 4.0 kg / cm2 y una profundidad de 1.50 m.
En cuanto al diseño del edificio, se utilizó mampostería reforzada con elementos
estructurales tales vigas soleras y columnas de amarre (albañilería confinada). En
cuanto al diseño de viviendas plurifamiliares, se consideró suficiente densidad de
muros cerrados en dos direcciones ("X" e "Y"), lo que permite controlar el
desplazamiento por inclinación y evitar el problema de torsión. De igual forma, antes
de que se rompa el muro, se consideran los elementos que disipan la energía
sísmica y se refuerza completamente la puerta. Se parte de la predeterminación de
las dimensiones estructurales, como espesores de pared limitados, placas macizas,
vigas, pilares, etc. Según los estándares de las normativas nacionales de
construcción vigentes. En el análisis estructural, el estándar E.020 (carga) se usa
para la medición de carga por gravedad y el estándar sísmico E.030 se usa para el
análisis sísmico. Preste más atención al estándar de mampostería E.070. En el
diseño, este método se aplica al método de rotura, según E.060 (hormigón armado),
el método de rotura también se denomina método de resistencia última. Los
elementos estructurales son losas aligeradas, escaleras y cimentaciones. Este
último utiliza el estándar E.050 (suelo y cimentación). Además, también se diseñan
elementos no estructurales, como muros no portantes (tabiques, muros de
contención y vallas).
