Viabilidad técnica y económica de Naves Industriales con Materiales Convencionales Wanchaq, Cusco – 2021

Éste trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo, Determinar la viabilidad técnica
y económica de naves industriales con materiales convencionales Wanchaq,
Cusco–2021. El tipo de investigación fue aplicado-cuantitativo, El diseño fue
cuasi-experimental, la población fue todas las naves industriales livianas del
parque industrial, la muestra estuvo constituida por la estructura metálica
ubicada el lote 6 de Mz.“G” de avenida República de Venezuela, en distrito de
Wanchaq, el muestreo fue del tipo no probabilístico. El procedimiento
comprendió, Estudios básicos, Configuración y predimencionamiento de los
sistemas estructurales, Análisis del sistema estructural, Diseño de los sistemas
estructurales y cuantificación de costos. Los principales Resultados para los
esfuerzos, en tracción, la madera Pino radiata fue esforzado al 0.26%, en flexión
Pino radiata esforzado al 0.04% y para la compresión el acero A500 esforzado
al 2.07%, muestran ser los mejores materiales comparados respecto a su
resistencia nominal. Los mayores desplazamientos laterales y verticales se
dieron en la madera, éstos respetan límites de 0.125 m y 0.04m. Los Costos de
Material y Mano de obra menor se dieron con Pino Radiata que ascendió a
S/247,844.37 y S/25,965.35. Llegando a una conclusión general que el Pino
Radiata se comporta como mejor material evaluando su viabilidad técnica y
económica de naves industriales con materiales convencionales.
