En la presente investigación se planteó como objetivo general reconocer la
vulneración del derecho al desarrollo personal y a la dignidad de los menores de
edad en uso de los servicios de salud al carecer de criterios para el ejercicio del
derecho al consentimiento informado.
Asimismo, se llevó a cabo una investigación de tipo básica y con diseño jurídico
descriptivo-propositivo. se desarrolló la categoría del derecho al consentimiento
informado, y subcategorías de la capacidad de decisión paciente, el acceso a la
información, los criterios del consentimiento informado, la vulneración del
consentimiento informado, la dignidad del adolescente mayor de 16 años y el
desarrollo personal del adolescente mayor de 16 años.
Del mismo modo, se utilizaron las técnicas e instrumentos contenidas en las
guías de entrevista, cuestionario y de análisis documental; resultando del análisis
de los mismos que existe la vulneración del derecho al desarrollo personal y a la
dignidad de los adolescentes mayores a 16 años en uso de los servicios de
salud, ante la falta de criterios del consentimiento informado, durante la actividad
medica de bajo riesgo y no invasivos, reconociendo que se mantiene informado
a los adolescentes de su estado general de salud.
