El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre los
factores sociodemográficos y el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios del servicio
de planificación familiar del Centro Materno Infantil San José. Villa El Salvador
Lima, 2014.
Es un estudio descriptivo, correlacional, transversal, la muestra estuvo
conformada por 112 usuarios de 18 – 47 años de edad seleccionados en forma
aleatoria que acuden al consultorio externo de planificación familiar del Centro
Materno Infantil San José Villa El Salvador. Se aplicó la encuesta SERVQUAL
para recolectar los datos.
Se emplearon métodos estadísticos descriptivos y estadística no
paramétrica para el análisis bivariado (Chi cuadrado de Pearson). Los resultados
del estudio nos indican que la población está distribuida en mayor porcentaje
entre 26- 30 años con un 34.8 % del total, observándose un 34% de
insatisfacción en el grupo de 26 a 40 años. El sexo femenino predomino con un
49.1% de usuarias insatisfechas. El 50.9% de las usuarias resulto con estudios
secundarlos, de los cuales el 32.1% reportaron insatisfacción y un 66.1 % cuenta
con seguro integral de salud (SIS), de los cuales un 39.3% se encontró
insatisfecho .Según el tipo de usuario, el 78.5% fue continuador, de los cuales el
44,6% resulto insatisfecho. En cuanto al porcentaje de satisfacción de las
usuarias se alcanza un 48.2%, lo que demuestra que existe insatisfacción en la
atención de consulta externa y que los factores sociodemográficos si tienen
relación con la satisfacción de los usuarios.
