Las asistencias a los controles de CRED es de suma importancia para poder
prevenir los riesgos, alteraciones en el desarrollo y crecimiento de los menores. La
investigación tuvo como objetivo sistematizar las evidencias bibliográficas de los
estudios sobre los Factores que influyen en la inasistencia de las madres de los
niños al control de crecimiento y desarrollo en el periodo 2012-2020, el tipo de
estudio de la investigación fue cuantitativa, retrospectivo y de revisión sistemática,
la población estuvo conformada por 40 artículos de estudios sobre los factores de
las madres que causan la inasistencia a CRED encontradas en las bases de datos
Scielo, Dialnet, Redalyc, Researchgate y Renati. Los resultados obtenidos de los
artículos seleccionados 55% son de revistas indexadas como Scielo, predominando
el idioma español en un 80%, el 25% del 2018 de mayor frecuencia que se publicó
y un 75% baja(C) de la calidad de evidencia según diseño metodológico. Los
factores sociodemográficos de la madre que más influye en la inasistencia a los
controles de CRED es la edad de la madre y que son amas de casa. Los factores
institucionales que influye en la deserción al componente CRED es la demora de
atención. Los factores culturales que causan la inasistencia de las madres a los
programas de CRED son el grado de escolaridad baja.
