Factores de riesgo asociados al abandono del tratamiento en pacientes con tuberculosis pulmonar. Hospital Santa Rosa 2017- 2020

Objetivo: Determinar los factores de riesgo asociados al abandono del
tratamiento antituberculoso en pacientes con tuberculosis pulmonar atendidos
en el Hospital Santa Rosa Piura, 2017-2020.
Métodos: Casos y controles, analítico y retrospectivo.
Resultados: estudio son 80 pacientes. Iniciaron tratamiento antituberculoso
BK positivo/negativo entre los años 2017 – 2020 y terminaron o abandonaron el
tratamiento hasta el 31 de diciembre del 2020 en el Hospital Santa Rosa Piura
se observo Para el caso del grado de instrucción principalmente los pacientes
del grupo control se establece universal secundario en el 57% en el grupo
muestral de casos en el 50% ambos no están relacionados entre sí sin
embargo con respecto a los estudios y un nivel nulo con respecto a los demás
presenta un riesgo de 1.76 veces mayor riesgo de tener tuberculosis cuánto
menor es el nivel educativo con respecto a los otros grupos en comparación al
nivel superior con respecto al secundario este no presenta un riesgo
significativo.
