Procesos psicométricos de la escala de impulsividad de Barratt versión 11 en estudiantes de secundaria de colegios mixtos estatales de la ciudad de Piura

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar los procesos
psicométricos de la escala de impulsividad de Barratt versión 11 en estudiantes
de secundaria de colegios mixtos estatales de la ciudad de Piura, fue de tipo
aplicada con un diseño instrumental, la muestra estuvo constituida por 442
estudiantes de secundaria de 5 colegios estatales mixtos. En los resultados se
obtuvo una validez de contenido de 0.001, respecto a la validez de constructo tuvo
un KMO de 0.89 y en el análisis factorial se obtuvieron 24 ítems divididos en 3
dimensiones, en cuanto a la validez convergente se obtuvieron las siguientes
correlaciones:
En la primera dimensión se obtuvo un valor de 0.71, en la segunda dimensión de
0.80 y en la tercera dimensión un puntaje de 0.81. Con respecto a la confiabilidad
compuesta del coeficiente de MC Donald fue de 0.83, en cuanto a las normas
percentilares se establecieron 3 categorías: Bajo, medio y alto. Concluyendo que
la escala de Impulsividad de Barratt versión 11 (BIS 11) cumple con los requisitos
establecidos para que sea validad y confiable.
