Condiciones físico espaciales y su influencia en la percepción de calidad de salud del paciente en San Juan de Miraflores, 2021. Caso de estudio: pacientes del área de Medicina Física y Rehabilitación del Hospital María Auxiliadora

El objetivo general de la presente investigación fue determinar de qué manera las
condiciones físico-espaciales del área de Medicina Física y Rehabilitación influyen
en la percepción de calidad de salud de los pacientes del hospital María Auxiliadora,
San Juan de Miraflores, 2021.
La investigación es de tipo básica, diseño no experimental, corte transversal,
enfoque mixto y nivel correlacional-causal. La población conformada por 134
pacientes que asisten al área de rehabilitación, con muestra de 87 pacientes. Se
utilizaron como técnicas: la encuesta y observación; teniendo como instrumento
dos cuestionarios medidos en escala de Likert y procesado en programa SPSS-21;
y cinco fichas de observación. Los resultados de los cuestionarios se dieron a través
de estadística inferencial y descriptiva, asimismo se analizaron las fichas de
observación para proceder con el método de triangulación. En base a estadística
inferencial, se tuvo un resultado Rho de Spearman de 0.811, existiendo correlación
positiva muy fuerte entre ambas variables y aceptando la hipótesis del investigador.
Asimismo, según pacientes, las condiciones físico-espaciales se encuentra en nivel
regular (59.8%-encuestados) influyendo en su percepción calidad de salud (77%-
encuestados); concluyendo que las condiciones físico-espaciales del área de
rehabilitación influyen significativamente en la percepción de calidad de salud de
los pacientes.
