Teletrabajo y productividad laboral ante la pandemia en una institución de educación Superior, Lima, 2021

El objetivo fue determinar la relación entre teletrabajo y la productividad laboral
en una Institución Superior, Lima 2021. El método utilizado fue el hipotético
deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo de nivel aplicada, el tipo de investigación
descriptiva, correlacional, diseño no experimental, la población es de 85
personas, cuya muestra fue 70 y la recolección de datos es el cuestionario. Los
instrumentos fueron validados por juicio de expertos y la confiabilidad fue con
Alfa de Cronbach, estos valores fueron para teletrabajo 0,863 y para la
productividad laboral fue 0,906, indicando una alta confiabilidad. En los
resultados para el teletrabajo el nivel fue moderado con 58,6%, en cuanto a las
dimensiones: cultura organizacional el nivel moderado en 57.1%, herramientas
tecnológicas nivel moderado con 58,6%, en la optimización de los procesos, el
nivel fue moderado en 64,3%, en la capacitación, en nivel moderado también con
58,6% para la segunda variable productividad laboral estuvo en nivel medio con
87,1% y en sus dimensiones: eficacia, el nivel fue bajo en 51,4%, en la eficiencia
nivel bajo 50%, en la efectividad, nivel medio 54,3%. Se concluye que existe
relación significativa, positiva y moderada de acuerdo a la correlación de Rho de
Spearman, cuyo valor fue 0,661.
