La presente investigación se realizó en la en Las Hiladas 15301 del distrito de Los
Olivos – Lima, enfocada en comparar la respuesta estructural de una edificación
aporticada con zapatas aisladas considerando y sin considerar la interacción suelo
estructura , puesto que Perú está ubicado en una zona de alta sismicidad siendo
indispensable comprender adecuadamente los efectos de Interacción sueloestructura
y dejar de seguir asumiendo que no existe contacto dinámico entre el
suelo y la cimentación para garantizar la seguridad de elementos estructurales y la
de sus ocupantes. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se han considerado dos
modelos dinámicos, el modelo dinámico de D. D. Barkan – O. A. Savinov y el
modelo dinámico de la Norma Rusa SNIP 2.02.05-87. Los dos modelos dinámicos
que se desarrollan en la presente investigación corresponden a las diversas
investigaciones publicadas por el Ph. D. Genner Villarreal Castro. Como resultado
de la comparación del modelo empotrado con respecto a los modelos dinámicos se
resuelve que los periodos de vibración y desplazamientos se incrementan, además
las fuerzas axiales máximas disminuyen mientras que las fuerzas cortantes y
momentos flectores máximos se incrementan. Por lo tanto, se concluye que se
comprueba que, la mejor respuesta estructural de una edificación aporticada con
zapatas aisladas se da al considerar la interacción suelo estructura, porque permite
obtener resultados que indican el comportamiento real de la edificación frente a
eventos sísmicos. Los desplazamientos aumentan, debido a que la base también
se desplaza; de igual manera los periodos de vibración de la estructura se
incrementan porque se considera la masa de la cimentación, sin embargo, no se
cumple con la premisa de disminución en las fuerzas internas debido a que falta
mejorar la rigidez de la estructura.
