Medidas laborales excepcionales y el principio de irrenunciabilidad de derechos, en la ciudad de Tacna, 2020

El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar el tipo y grado de relación que existe
entre las variables medidas laborales excepcionales por la pandemia y el principio de
irrenunciabilidad de derechos en la ciudad de Tacna, 2020. En cuanto a la
metodología, el tipo de investigación fue básica o fundamental de diseño no
experimental y de nivel correlacional. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la
encuesta y como instrumento se usó el cuestionario. La muestra estuvo conformada
por 380 trabajadores. Respecto a los resultados encontrados, se puede indicar que:
existe una relación significativa inversa las variables medidas laborales excepcionales
por la pandemia y el principio de irrenunciabilidad de derechos en la ciudad de
Tacna, en el año 2020; lo cual indica que estas medidas se han dictado vulnerando el
principio laboral de irrenunciabilidad de derechos. Asimismo, se encontró un
coeficiente de correlación estadísticamente significativo negativo muy fuerte (P=-
0,973), por lo que se concluye que la hipótesis general queda completamente
comprobada. Los coeficientes de correlación estimados para la primera (P=0,894) y
segunda (P=0,876) muestran también una relación negativa significativa por lo que
también se concluye que todas las hipótesis especificas han sido contrastadas y
comprobadas.
