La presente investigación titulada: “Condiciones para la regulación del embarazo
subrogado: análisis del caso Gómez Murillo y otros vs. Costa Rica”; tuvo por
objetivo determinar cuáles serían las condiciones para regular el embarazo
subrogado desde el análisis del caso Gómez Murillo y Otros Vs Costa Rica en la
Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos; en tal sentido aplicando el tipo de
investigación básica, nivel descriptivo, de diseño no experimental, se estableció
como instrumentos la ficha de análisis documental y la guía de entrevista en la que
se formularon 8 preguntas dirigida a 10 especialistas.
En este sentido la conclusión obtenida fue la existencia de la necesidad regulatoria
sobre la maternidad subrogada, habiéndose a la fecha han surgido graves
controversias, razón por la cual debe observarse las condiciones referidas en el
caso Gómez Murillo y Otros Vs Costa Rica en la Corte Interamericana de Derechos
Humanos.
