Barreras de acceso y cobertura de atención en el tamizaje del cáncer cervicouterino en usuarias de un hospital público-Utcubamba

En este trabajo se propuso Determinar la relación que existe entre las barreras de
acceso con la cobertura de atención en el tamizaje del cáncer cervicouterino en
usuarias de un hospital público-Utcubamba, mediante una metodología tipo básica,
enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, alcance correlacional y corte
transversal, la técnica fue la encuesta, los instrumentos fueron un cuestionario, para
la variable barreras de acceso y para la variable cobertura de atención. La población
fueron 227 mujeres, cuya muestra es de 143 mujeres. Los resultados descriptivos
muestran un nivel bajo para la variable barreras de acceso, en un 78% corresponde
a obstáculos y el 42% corresponde a calidad de atención; en cuanto a cobertura de
atención el nivel bajo se centra en un 53.8% para la capacidad de respuesta y un
70.63% para la disponibilidad de recursos. Resultados correlativos arrojaron una
correlación significativa positiva baja entre las barreras de acceso y cobertura de
atención. Se concluye que la relación correlativa es significativa positiva baja entre
las barreras de acceso con la cobertura de atención en el tamizaje del cáncer
cervicouterino en usuarias de un hospital público-Utcubamba. Es decir que las
barreras de acceso dependen mínimamente sobre la cobertura de atención.
