RESUMEN 
En la presente investigación se planteó el siguiente problema general:  
¿Cómo se presentó el tratamiento periodístico de las notas informativas del caso 
del indulto humanitario de Alberto Fujimori en el diario El Comercio, Lima 2020? 
Por ende, tuvo como objetivo analizar cómo se trató la información periodística del 
caso del indulto humanitario de Alberto Fujimori en Lima en el año 2020, 
específicamente en las notas publicadas en el diario El Comercio. La siguiente 
investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo de tipo aplicada, de nivel hermenéutica 
con un diseño de estudio de caso. Se utilizó una ficha de observación donde se 
obtuvo un factor de validación del 100%. En el margen se estudió un proceso del 
caso al indulto del expresidente Alberto Fujimori Fujimori, con una coyuntura 
aplicada a una decisión por parte del exmandatario Pedro Pablo Kuckynski para 
su liberación, y un acontecimiento que surge por parte de congresistas hacia su 
renuncia del partido oficialista y protestas antes de culminar el año, así como el 
agradecimiento de los hijos, así como del propio expresidente Alberto Fujimori, 
ante un desacuerdo y una aprobación que sostuvo posturas múltiples y que 
representa de forma precisa una evaluación estudiada por un medio escrito en las 
notas informativas.

ABSTRACT 
In the present investigation the following general problem was raised: 
How was the journalistic treatment of the informative notes of the case of the 
humanitarian pardon of Alberto Fujimori presented in the newspaper El Comercio, 
Lima 2020? Therefore, its objective was to analyze the journalistic treatment of the 
informative notes of the case of the humanitarian pardon of Alberto Fujimori in the 
newspaper El Comercio, Lima 2020. The following investigation is a qualitative 
approach of an applied type, hermeneutic level with a study design of case. An 
observation card was used where I obtained a validation factor of 100%. In the 
margin, a process of the case to the pardon of former President Alberto Fujimori 
Fujimori was studied, with a conjuncture applied to a decision by former President 
Pedro Pablo Kuckynski for his release, and an event that arises from 
congressmen towards his resignation from the ruling party and protests before the 
end of the year, as well as the thanks of the children, as well as that of former 
President Alberto Fujimori, before a disagreement and approval that held multiple 
positions and that accurately represents an evaluation studied by a written 
medium in the briefing notes.
