RESUMEN
El presente trabajo de investigación titulado SISTEMA DE CONTROL DE
INVENTARIOS PARA MEJORAR LA RENTABILIDAD DE BOTICAS OPEN
FARMA S.A.C., BAGUA - 2017 el cual ha sido aplicado en la ciudad de Bagua,
basado en las teorías de control de inventarios, para la variable independiente y
rentabilidad para la variable dependiente.
La investigación se ha desarrollado bajo un enfoque cuantitativo con un tipo
de investigación descriptiva – correlacional, la población y muestra la constituyen
la totalidad de colaboradores de Boticas Open Farma de Bagua, haciendo un
número de 16; además hemos aplicado una guía de entrevista a cada uno de los
integrantes de la población en estudio para lograr obtener la información deseada
permitiendo así determinar la importancia de contar con un sistema de control de
inventarios, para mejorar la rentabilidad.
En el problema encontramos que Boticas Open Farma S.A.C. no está
actualizada con las nuevas técnicas y herramientas, lo que generó una mala
administración de los medicamentos, ocasionando a sí que las actividades y
registros sean más difíciles y se siga dando la falta de medicamentos sin saber el
costo de las mercaderías en almacén, así como el costo de mercaderías vendidas.
Para ello se está proponiendo la implementación de un sistema de control de
inventarios para mejorar la rentabilidad de Boticas Open Farma, con la finalidad de
tener una mejor supervisión e información de la existencia de mercadería tanto de
ingresos como de salidas, también en la ejecución de algunas devoluciones y
faltantes, para poder brindar una mejor atención.
