Capacidad de pago y nivel de morosidad en clientes usuarios de tarjetas de crédito en Scotiabank de la ciudad del Cusco, 2020

Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo determinar el grado de relación de la
capacidad de pago con el nivel de morosidad de los clientes usuarios de tarjeta de
crédito en Scotiabank de la ciudad del Cusco, 2020. Se utilizó en el método una
investigación de tipo básica, de diseño no experimental; la muestra de estudio ha
sido de tipo no probabilístico conformado por 54 clientes morosos; la técnica de
recolección de datos ha sido la encuesta y como instrumento se aplicó el
cuestionario. Los resultados permiten evidenciar que el 61,15% tienen ingresos por
la profesión u oficio que ejercen de manera independiente en cuanto a los gastos,
el de vivienda es el que sobresale con un 64,8%. Así mismo en el nivel de
morosidad el 57,4% casi siempre retrasa la deuda entre 61 a 120 días. Por lo que
se llegó a la conclusión general que la capacidad de pago se relaciona
significativamente con el nivel de morosidad de los clientes usuarios de tarjeta de
crédito en Scotiabank de la ciudad del Cusco, 2020, con un coeficiente de
correlación rho de Spearman rho= -658 lo que significa que existe una correlación
negativa media.
