Síndrome de Burnout en cirujanos dentistas y asistentes dentales de consultorios privados, Piura – 2021

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal identificar los niveles del
síndrome de burnout en cirujanos dentistas y asistentes dentales de consultorios
privados, Piura - 2021. Fue una investigación de tipo básica, su diseño fue no
experimental, transversal, descriptivo y prospectivo; la técnica usada fue una encuesta
y el instrumento un cuestionario que constó de 22 ítems en la escala MBI, mediante
un programa estadístico SPSS 22, para el análisis descriptivo se emplearon tablas de
frecuencia y para el análisis inferencial Chi cuadrado. Como resultados, el SBO tuvo
73,2% en nivel medio; según sus dimensiones en Cirujanos Dentistas, el mayor
porcentaje fue para Despersonalización (DP) que tuvo 95,5% en nivel bajo; según sus
dimensiones y sexo; fue mayor para el sexo femenino en DP con 44,9% en nivel bajo,
según dimensiones y grupo etario, fue mayor en Jóvenes, para DP con 55,1% en nivel
bajo; según horas de trabajo, 8 a 9 horas en DP tuvo nivel bajo con 35,4% y en RP de
6 a 7 horas fue nivel alto con 22%. Conclusión: Los valores más elevados se
obtuvieron en cirujanos dentistas de sexo femenino, mayormente en jóvenes que
trabajan de 8 a 9 horas, expuestos a mayores cargas de estrés.
