Ansiedad ante la muerte, depresión y estrés laboral en conductores de empresas de transporte de Trujillo

Esta investigación tuvo como propósito determinar la relación entre ansiedad ante la
muerte, depresión y estrés laboral en conductores de empresas de transporte de
Trujillo. El trabajo fue de tipo aplicado, no experimental, transversal descriptivo y
correlacional. La población fue de 1613 colaboradores y la muestra se conformó por
302, sus edades oscilaron entre 18 a 68 años. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron la
Escala de Ansiedad ante la Muerte, Inventario de Depresión de Beck-II y el
Cuestionario de Estrés Laboral OIT-OMS, la validez de contenido fue evaluado por
seis jueces expertos. Los datos fueron procesados en el programa estadístico SPSS
27 y AMOS. Como conclusión se halló una relación directa entre los constructos con
coeficientes que se encuentran entre .50 a 1.0 de magnitud grande, asimismo existe
una relación directa entre las dimensiones de la ansiedad ante la muerte con el estrés
laboral y las dimensiones de la depresión con el estrés laboral. En concordancia a los
niveles, 67.5% de conductores presentan un grado mínimo y 30.5% nivel medio de
ansiedad ante la muerte, 93.4% manifiestan un nivel bajo y 6.6% nivel moderado de
depresión y 67.5 % presentan un nivel bajo y 19.5% nivel medio de estrés laboral.
