Manipulación mediática y derecho al voto en las elecciones presidenciales 2021 en Perú

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo de estudio analizar de qué manera la
manipulación mediática afectó las elecciones presidenciales del 2021. La
metodología empleada fue de enfoque cualitativo, con un diseño fenomenológico,
en donde se utilizaron las técnicas de entrevista y análisis documental. En el primer
caso, se aplicó el instrumento de guía de entrevista, para recabar los puntos de
vista de diez especialistas en derecho constitucional, los cuales fueron
seleccionados por criterios de conveniencia. Sumado a ello, se utilizó el instrumento
de recolección de información conocido como guía de análisis documental.
Finalmente, se llegó a la conclusión que la manipulación mediática ejerció una gran
influencia sobre las elecciones presidenciales del año 2021. La misma se dio de
una manera negativa, puesto que la información que llegaba hacia los electores, es
decir, hacia los ciudadanos, era tergiversada o mostrada en función de sus
intereses políticos o económicos. La influencia, en muchos casos, se muestra de
forma determinante, aunque también existe una influencia parcial, referida a
aquellas personas que no buscan solamente una información obtenida por los
medios de comunicación.
